Inspired

Today I took the kids I nanny to Hallmark's Kaleidoscope (http://www.hallmarkkaleidoscope.com/) in KC- It is pretty much a big room that is decorated really cool with tons of fun crafts! I used to love it when I was a kid and, honestly, I still love it. Oh, and it's free, so that's always a bonus! Annnd, I got some really cute ideas and inspiration for my future classroom... Did you expect anything less from me? :)

Use a picnic table with a colorful umbrella as a craft table or just a table for one of the centers...

At that table, theme it like a picnic, with a red and white checker table cloth and use a basket, ketchup, mustard, peanut butter, (really just any kind of picnic item) as craft supply holders.

Hang flowers made of colorful tissue paper from the ceiling. Decorate an old couch with fabric paint or fun fabrics for students to read on...

Now, tell me that is not the most amazing couch you have ever seen!
